Build tickets in this order
Start with General, create Panels, then add transcripts, limits, and automations for the panels you created.
Select Manager Roles, choose the Embeds Color, and set the ticket Cooldown. The editor enforces a minimum cooldown of 10 seconds.
Create one or more ticket panels. Each visible panel includes a panel message, support roles, a ticket name, a ticket mode, and a logging channel.
The Panel Name field shows a validation error when it is empty, contains characters other than letters, numbers, and hyphens, or duplicates another panel name regardless of case.
Ticket Name supports {user_name}, {user_id}, {panel_count}, and {total_count}. Choose Channel or Thread for Ticket Mode. Panels can be added and deleted.
Turn on Enable /ticket create to reveal Command Panel, where you enter the panel name associated with this command control.
Add a transcript setup and enter its affected panel names. Choose a Transcripts Channel and set Thread Privacy to Private or Public.
Add Support Members and Add Ticket Creator control which members are added to the transcript thread. Transcript setups can be added and deleted.
Apply each limits rule to one or more panel names. The visible non-negative limits are Maximum Open Tickets, Maximum Active Tickets, Maximum Open Tickets by User, and Maximum Active Tickets by User.
Limits rules can be added and deleted.
Apply each automation to one or more panel names. For Action on Leave, choose Do nothing, Close, or Delete.
Auto Close and Auto Delete accept inactive times in minutes. Leave either field empty to disable that timer. Automations can be added and deleted.
