Modmail
Configure a forum channel for member and staff support communication.
Enable the module, choose a Forum Channel, and select the Staff Roles used by the configuration.
Choose the forum channel that receives Modmail conversations.
Select the staff roles that can handle conversations.
Configure the DM message and optional ban and logging settings.
DM message
Use DM Message Format to prepare the welcome message. The message editor supports Text and Embed formats.
Additional settings
- Enable Ban Command reveals the permissions required to use the ban command and a Ban Message Format editor.
- Enable Modmail Logging reveals the Logging Channel picker.
- The ban message editor supports Text and Embed formats.
The Required Permissions selection applies to the ban command only.
Keep ban access narrow
Enable the ban command only when the selected staff roles should have that permission, and choose the required permissions explicitly.
Autoresponder
Configure keyword triggers and text or embed responses.
Tickets
Configure ticket panels, command creation, transcripts, limits, and automations.
