Autoresponder
Configure keyword triggers and text or embed responses.
Enable the module and select New Autoresponder. Give each responder a name, then choose how messages match its keywords:
- Message contains a keyword
- Message is exactly a keyword
- Message starts with a keyword
- Message ends with a keyword
Each responder accepts up to 100 keywords. Keywords can be added, edited, and removed.
Choose one match rule
A responder uses the selected match mode for its keyword list. Use exactly for short commands and contains for phrases that may appear inside a longer message.
Response
Choose Text or Embed format and edit the corresponding response. The text editor offers {user} in its example content.
Audience and limits
- Set a Cooldown in seconds.
- Enable Mention User to include a ping for the user who triggered the responder.
- For channels, choose All channels except... or Selected channels..., then select channels.
- For roles, choose All roles except... or Selected roles..., then select roles.
Responders can be expanded, searched by name or keyword, and deleted.

Configure a forum channel for member and staff support communication.
